Also, the submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement. The submission must not contain brand names or trademarks except those of Gap. The submission must not contain material that is hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous. The submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age and the submission must not contain material that is unlawful. No nudity, no overtly sexual situations, no violence (“fake” violence is not okay), no guns or knives, no branded alcohol, no overtly drunk people, no gratuitous smoking, no drug use, no fire stunts, no children drinking (or clearly underage consumption), no overt branding (i.e. photo looks like ad; multiple branded items are focus of image; over exaggerated brand use; appears to be commercial use) no clearly “private” photos (e.g. sexual activity in bedroom).
